Because all of our products are made to order, each item is printed and prepared specifically for you after your order is placed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

During periods of high demand, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Typical delivery estimates are:

  • United States: 3–8 business days

  • Canada: 5–12 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 5–15 business days

  • International destinations: 10–30 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and the items in your order.

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, LowLand Tees is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or courier services

  • Customs inspections or processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Public holidays

  • Supply chain disruptions

  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to modify the shipment or provide a refund.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at businessmail1231@gmail.com.

We will work with our shipping and fulfillment partners to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
