At LowLand Tees, every product is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are custom printed upon purchase, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind after purchase

  • Preference regarding color or design

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Please review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order ID

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement product at no additional cost

  • A full refund

  • A partial refund when appropriate

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take several business days to appear in your account.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders enter production shortly after being placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations once an order has been submitted. If you need assistance, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
